Well, tomorrow IT
begins... The
Secret Movie 30 Day Challenge!
I've been researching,
mulling, waffling.
Research: watched the
Oprah episode from February 15th, "The Secret Reaction!” bought the
book, "The Secret" (I could NOT bear to watch the movie
again); and reread Richard Bach's, "Illusions: Confessions of a
Reluctant Messiah".
Mulling: is well mulling.
Some things I've
been mulling: why if a Oprah and James Ray say, "It's NOT about
money!" does Ray write MOSTLY about money, And, why does he say his harmonic wealth plan consists of setting intentions
and goals in the following areas: Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Spiritual
and FINANCIAL!
Why, I've felt this pull to reread Bach's Illusions. I
thought it was about my spiritual struggles. And, was surprised to find that in
fact the core of the story is also about ... ta da... The Power of Intention.
Had forgotten that. So, what else have I forgotten?
Okay, so I'm a Polly
Anna!
But really, how come
these guys charge like $ 1,500 for a 2-day seminar. That's the price tag for a
local run of "The Breakthrough Experience" with Dr. DeMartini. It's
running in a local seminar centre that holds at least 500! That's a lot of
moola!!
But, hey maybe I'm just
envious.
Okay, not maybe!!
I just feel like maybe we
ought to cut some people some slack money wise. Hey! Maybe that's why I don't
have much! Too much slack.
But, back on track.
I've also been mulling
what I want to 'work' on with my part of The Secret 30-Day Challenge.
God knows my cash flow
could be better. So, could my health. Oh, and, yeah my relationship.
But, it's my Calling that's Calling me.
The other one.
So, I'm going to do
something around what I'm currently calling my Second Calling. It's called that
cause it's kind of fuzzy.
Here's what I do know
about it.
It's about teaching,
counselling -- yeah, once again: HELPING!
And, it’s about SERVING a
group of people I only know currently as "The Lost Ones" (from a poem
I wrote when trying to figure this out).
So, next post, I'm going
to write about the Intention of the Intention.
